We are a private fund manager licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in Ghana to invest patient capital in high-growth businesses. Our aspirations transcend the borders of Ghana as our vision to become the leading private equity firm in the Sub-Saharan African region, deploying impact-focused capital that returns exciting returns for our investors.
At Mirepa, we believe that enterprise development is key for economic development, improved livelihoods in underserved communities as well as wealth creation for entrepreneurs who are bold enough to create successful ventures. We believe that exciting financial returns can be achieved concurrently with social impact that transforms entire communities. Therefore, we partner organizations who share these beliefs to deliver interventions and investment vehicles that support entrepreneurs committed to the same outcomes.

Some background
Our team members, collectively, have a long history of building, supporting and investing in businesses on the African continent. We are, first and foremost, founders who have walked the journey that the entrepreneurs we support are currently on. We are development consultants who have designed and executed several enterprise development/support interventions for our many clients. We are also impact investors who use the private equity asset class to deploy patient risk capital for “missing middle” funds on behalf of our investors and other development partners.
