The Mirepa Capital SME Fund I Board
The board of Mirepa Capital SME Fund I is made up of representatives of majority investments in the Fund. All investors with more than 15% stake in the Fund are entitled to a board seat. All other investors collectively appoint representation to the board. As of the initial closing of the Fund, the following investors have representation on the Fund: Startup Catalyst Fund (represented by the Venture Capital Trust Fund) and Petra Trust Pensions Ltd. Mirepa Investment Advisors (the GP) is also represented on the board. The board is chaired by an independent director.
