Chief Executive Officer
Samuel is the founder and CEO of the Mirepa Organization. He has over 20 years of work experience and has been building, supporting and investing in early-stage businesses and SMEs on the African continent since 2007.
His expertise lies in helping businesses scale aggressively. Samuel brings over seven years of enterprise support experience, having reached over 50 SMEs with his coaching interventions and over 200 companies with his training and portfolio management initiatives. He is very active in the SME development and investment space, having co-founded Impact Investing Ghana (a member of the Global Steering Group for Impact Investing – GSG) and sits on the board. He is also the chair of the executive committee of the Ghana Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (GVCA).
Before moving into enterprise development and investing, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Rancard, a technology company in Ghana. He started his career in the US working in product/process development for 2 Fortune 500 companies. Samuel holds a BSc Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (Troy NY, USA) and completed an Executive MBA from the Said Business School (University of Oxford, UK).
