Nnennia Ejebe is an accomplished private equity investment professional with nearly 20 years of experience across diverse geographies, including the US, Europe, and emerging markets. With a passion for responsible investment for sustainable growth in Africa, she focuses on Anglophone West Africa at Adenia, where she leads sourcing, screening, and executing investment opportunities and provides ongoing counsel to portfolio companies. 

Nnennia developed her deal skills at Sverica Capital, while her early career involved management consulting at the Monitor Group. She sits on the Board of Directors for Adenia portfolio companies DDP Outdoor and Quick Mart. Additionally, Nnennia contributes to the Street Children Empowerment Foundation as a trustee and is an esteemed member of YPO.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
