Nii Ampa-Sowa is a seasoned finance professional with close to 20 years of experience in research and fund management. He is the Head of Databank Asset Management Services LTD (DAMSEL), and is responsible for directing and controlling the company’s operations and management.
He also served as Chief Investment Officer of DAMSEL, where he supervised fund managers and investment analysts; and prior to that, successfully managed the Databank Epack Investment Fund PLC and Databank Balanced Fund PLC. Nii has a keen research interest in FMCGs, Brewery and Bottling, Hotels and Leisure, Cement and Construction, Telecommunications, and has outstanding analytical and research capabilities.
He has a MSc. Investments degree from the University of Birmingham and a degree in Economics from the University of Ghana.
