She is a senior lawyer, with a primary focus on corporate/ commercial law and risk/compliance management. She is highly competent in Contracts, Corporate Governance, Employment Law, Compliance, Risk Management, Investment Facilitation, Intellectual Property and Company Secretaryship. She has managed projects in statutory/regulatory compliance for SMEs in manufacturing, information technology and securities industries. She is an astute Trainer/Facilitator in Statutory/Regulatory Compliance management, Team Dynamics and Management, Communication Skills, Customer Engagement Skills, Ethics and Corporate Governance, Diversity and Anti Harassment/Discrimination. She works with entrepreneurs looking to enhance their business performance and facilitates both in-house and offsite team interventions.

She holds a BA in Secretaryship from the University of Cape Coast, an MA in Human Resource Management from the Middlesex University, UK, QCL and BL from the Ghana School of Law and a professional certification from the Ghana Investment and Securities Institute.
