Michael Osei Asante is an Investment Analyst at Mirepa Investment Advisors, where he is involved in deal origination, financial modeling, investment assessment, deal structuring, business valuation, and due diligence. He works closely with management at key decision points and supports portfolio management, governance, and technical assistance to portfolio companies. Michael also contributes to Mirepa’s thought leadership in impact investing. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Professional Studies, Accra, an Executive Diploma in Finance Management from the MTF Institute of Management, Technology and Finance, and is a Level 3 candidate in the GISI Investment Professional Pathway.
